The Jockey Club is looking forward to another year with leading equine supplies company Al Basti Equiworld, Dubai continuing its sponsorship at Newmarket Racecourses.
As part of their ongoing support of Newmarket Racecourses, Al Basti Equiworld will continue its link with the Friday of the Cambridgeshire meeting by sponsoring all seven races.
Alongside this, the Dubai-based organisation, and leading equine industry supplier, will also continue to put its name to the Newmarket Owners and Trainers Facilities across both the Rowley Mile and the July Course, which were recently ranked numbers one and two across all sixty racecourses.
Al Basti Equiworld, Dubai founder and CEO Malih Al Basti said: “We are delighted to be continuing our long-standing partnership with Newmarket Racecourses, which helps promote our brand within the sport. As the home of horse racing, the races we sponsor often feature some of the most exciting young horses in the country. We look forward to the 2024 renewals.”

Along with supporting the Owners and Trainers facility throughout the year, Al Basti Equiworld, Dubai takes sponsorship of multiple races, including the Princess Royal Stakes, sponsored by Al Basti Equiworld, Dubai, the Al Basti Equiworld, Dubai Rockfel Stakes and the Al Basti Equiworld, Dubai Joel Stakes.
All three of these races hold a strong history, with the Rockfel Stakes, a leading trial for the 1000 Guineas, held at the Rowley Mile in the autumn.
A winning trainer on Al Basti Equiworld, Dubai Cambridgeshire Friday, Harry Charlton, added, “It's fantastic to see the continued support from Al Basti Equiworld, Dubai through their sponsorships at Newmarket Racecourses.
“We were delighted to win the Group Three Princess Royal Stakes, sponsored by Al Basti Equiworld, Dubai in September with Time Lock, and were so grateful to receive a wonderful memento in the form of a three-metre-tall tree.”
