General information

Warwick Racecourse is a leisure venue hosting 19 horseracing fixtures per year.

During each racing plus music event, six to seven races take place followed by live music. The ticket/s you purchase will include the racing and the concert. We do not offer a concert only ticket or a racing only ticket.

As your ticket includes the horseracing and the concert, we would encourage you to experience this exciting sporting event and also to help familiarise yourself with the racecourse before the concert commences.
Warwick Racecourse is predominantly an outdoors standing venue with limited indoor seating.

Ministry of Sound Ibiza Anthems with Ellie Sax & Friends is the brand new live show, from the world’s biggest dance music brand. Seven of the best musicians, fronted by Ellie Sax, come together live on stage to reimagine some of the greatest dance records. Lose yourself by reliving your favourite anthems, including tracks from Faithless, Eric Prydz, Becky Hill, The Shapeshifters, Daft Punk, Robin S, Fisher and more.

Ladies Night at Warwick Racecourse has had an upgrade for 2025 and now features a full music concert after racing. The Style Awards will be taking a back seat this year whilst the focus becomes on the music. Our style awards judges will still be present handing out spot prizes to those who impress them. So get your best Ibizia inspired outfits on and embrace the 2025 music vibe.

Yes, we have a full card of 6 races prior to the concert starting. First race is at 5.30pm and the last race at 8.30pm. The concert begins after racing at 9.00pm. Exact timings to be confirmed.

At Warwick Racecourse we believe racing should be enjoyed by anyone and everyone. And one thing is certainly true, the more relaxed and comfortable we feel, the more likely we are to have a great time. So that’s why we’ve created one very simple piece of guidance, to come “dressed to feel your best”.

Whatever your tastes, the most important thing when choosing your outfit is, of course, comfort and confidence. So, wear what feels right for you and will keep you feeling your best from start to finish, whatever the weather.

Please note the concert is on grass so it might be best to leave the high heels at home. Our style awards judges from 2024 will be handing out spot prizes to those who impress them. So get your best Ibizia inspired outfits on and embrace the 2025 music vibe.

The event is sold as an outdoor standing event with limited cover. Some of our bar areas have a small amount of shelter but most areas are open to the elements, including viewing the stage. We therefore advise that you dress appropriately for the weather.

During inclement weather umbrellas are permitted during racing. Umbrellas are not permitted during the concert.

Warwick Racecourse treats anti-social behaviour seriously and expects all guests to treat everyone with respect during our events, including all our staff.

Anyone found behaving in an aggressive manner, causing injury to another person or damage to our site, appearing to be under the influence of drugs, excessive alcohol or in breach of our terms and conditions will be ejected from the racecourse without a refund being made and may be reported to the police.

We have a range of facilities available for our disabled guests, please view our Venue Accessibility section on the website which will assist with any queries:

Viewing Platforms
Disabled Viewing Platforms – Wheelchair Users
For all racing plus music events, we have disabled viewing platforms for both racing and the concert. During music events, a wheelchair viewing ramp is set back from the stage in the centre of the racecourse, however please note you have to go across the sand crossings to get to this platform. If you require an assistant to accompany you on the platform your assistant will need to stand at the rear of the platform so as not to restrict viewing for other customers.

Warwick Racecourse is sold as an outdoor standing event with no reserved seating available.

No furniture is permitted in the main enclosure at any point during the event. Furniture is permitted in the Course Enclosure but cannot be brought into the other enclosures or concert area after racing.

If you require a chair for medical reasons you must apply in advance (at least two days before the event you are attending) to our Customer Relations team on Alastair.watson@thejockeyclub.co.uk. If permission is granted you will require a letter of authorisation that you will need to bring with you. Due to health and safety purposes, chairs are not permitted within the stage area.

In accordance with our ticket terms and conditions, photographers and videographers will be on site throughout the day and night.

Whilst we recommend that these events are not suitable for children under 16, if you do wish to bring them as part of your party, it is at your discretion. We take every precaution to try and ensure everyone has a safe and enjoyable time at all of our events. If you do decide to bring a child under 18, we would suggest against taking them into the most densely crowded areas, which includes the large area in front of the stage.

It is your responsibility to check the suitability of an event for any children in your party regardless of official age restrictions, this includes considering the type of audience the event is likely to attract and whether such an audience is a suitable environment for children in your party. Refunds will not be issued if any aspect of an event, including the behaviour of other audience members, causes offence to you or any children on whose behalf you have purchased tickets.

We do not recommend subjecting babies and young children to loud music. Children are recommended to wear hearing protection if you decide to bring them. A concert environment is not suitable for very young children.

The racecourse is made up of two enclosures during racing; The Main Enclosure and the Course Enclosure

For the concert element of the event all the enclosures merge with first access to Course Enclosure customers, followed by the Main Enclosure.

The concert location is at the back of the centre of the course. This area can only be accessed during the concert, racing can be viewed from the two racecourse enclosures.

Main Enclosure: The main enclosure is the place to be if you want to get in the heart of the racing action and get a close up look at the horses, the main betting ring and access the indoor bars. Once racing has finished you can cross the track to access the concert.

Course Enclosure: The course enclosure is in the centre of the course on the opposite side of the track to the main enclosure. Access to the centre of the course will provide the closest access to the music stage.
Please note: Centre Course Enclosure tickets cannot cross the track to access the main enclosure and its facilities.

Concert area: Once racing has finished access to the centre of the course concert area is opened up to both enclosures. This area is strictly standing only and not suitable for children as it can become very busy and lively. If you prefer a more relaxed environment customers will have the opportunity to remain in their respective enclosure, have access to the bars and facilities and watch the concert from the large screens.
For further information please see the event map.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges on pre-purchased tickets. Should the event be cancelled please see our Cancellation Policy within our general Terms and Conditions.

Event Information

As your ticket includes both the horseracing and the concert we would encourage you to come along to enjoy both. This will give you the opportunity to familiarise yourself with the facilities available. We cannot guarantee swift access into the course if you choose to come later to the event.

Parking, drop off and collection points

Car parking is available free of charge in the centre of the racecourse. Parking is on grass. On arrival please follow the marshalls instructions so we can park you as quickly as possible.

As Warwick Racecourse is situated in the centre of the town, traffic to the site can be busy at peak times. It is therefore advised that racegoers arrive early to avoid being delayed.

During the busier events, there can be heavy traffic when exiting the site resulting in delays so please do be aware of this when making your travel arrangements. For large scale racing and music events please allow up to 1hr to exit the car parks.

If you wish to avoid delays leaving the racecourse we suggest that you stand close to the exit and then leave 10 – 15 minutes before the last song is played.

If you are arranging for friends or family to collect you we advise you meet them in the taxi drop off / collection location that will be signposted in the centre of the racecourse. Alternatively, you can meet them on Hampton Street outside of the racecourse grounds.

There is a dedicated coach parking area within the stables car park – coaches can drop off at Bread & Meat Close CV34 6HN & then return to the coach park CV34 6JP. Coach drivers will not be given access to the Racecourse without a valid admission ticket. On exit all coaches will be directed to Bread & Meat Close to collect guests.

On arrival at the racecourse there is a dedicated drop off point in the centre of the racecourse, within the main Car Park accessible from Hampton Road. All vehicles dropping customers off will need to cross back over the racecourse to leave. From the drop off point the main entrance is accessible across the racecourse & the course enclosure entrance is accessible via the Caravan Club entrance.

All collections and pickups for music events should be made from the dedicated area in the centre of the racetrack which is accessible off the Hampton Road. Please follow the signs to direct your taxi to this point.

Gates to this parking area will be opened from 2.30pm. The pick-up point will remain open until 23.30pm.

At the end of the night, taxis will be directed to the taxi line.
