PRINT AT HOME
You must print your ticket before arriving at the racecourse. There will be no facility to print your tickets on the racecourse and a new ticket will need to be purchased.
ON THE DAY TICKETS
Tickets for all enclosures will be available for purchase at our ticket selling points.
TOUTS
We strongly recommend that you do not purchase tickets from touts as your ticket may be declined at our entry gates. We are working with local police to reduce the effect touts have on our customer experience and ask that you assist us by refusing to engage with them.
CONCESSION INFORMATION:
Children of 17 years and younger receive FREE entry to the racecourse at all meetings.
We are unable to provide complimentary tickets to coach or bus drivers.
LOST TICKETS
If your ticket is lost or does not arrive in the post you must contact the racecourse before the day of racing. Due to the volume of customers we are unable to replace lost tickets on the day of racing and a new ticket will need to be purchased.
