Race sponsorship offers excellent company brand exposure through exclusive race naming rights, on-course branding and racecard advertising reaching not only thousands of racegoers, but also a far-reaching audience at home and in the UK’s 8,500 betting shops, thanks to a high level of live exposure on RacingTV and in local and national press.
The race card is the official programme for each fixture. Race sponsors automatically secure an advert, however, advertisers can purchase space on an ad hoc basis, either meeting by meeting or season long.
The racecourse has a variety of different signage locations from in front of the jumps themselves, to the finishing straight to the Parade Ring. You can paint the racecourse in your branding for your raceday if you would like too!

The Parade Ring and Winners' Enclosure are the theatre for many of our raceday focuses. Before the races our sponsors are asked to select the Best Turned Out horse and present a prize to the groom. We carry out an interview through the course PA with your chosen company representative.
Following the race, the race sponsor will be involved in the presentation to the winning connections and join all parties for a celebratory drink with the Racecourse committee.
There is no end of opportunities to promote your business to our captive audience. We are able to offer promotional staff welcoming patrons on arrival, tastings and giveaways, on-course public competitions, static promotional material on bars and restaurant tables.
Warwick Racecourse is proud to be associated with the multi-award winning Jockey Club Catering. We have developed a wonderful reputation for the quality of both of our food and level of service.
All our rooms are well-appointed, comfortable, warm, tastefully decorated and functional. Hospitality bookings are at a record level with many of our day’s reaching capacity.
