THE DERBY FESTIVAL 2023
On Friday 26th May 2023 The Jockey Club was granted an injunction which prohibits acts intended to disrupt The Derby Festival at Epsom Downs Racecourse on June 2nd and 3rd 2023.
Details of the injunction can be found below. Anyone acting in breach of the court order could be subject to proceedings for contempt of court, which may lead to a fine and/or imprisonment.
