WHEN TO COME

 

Twenty- five race fixtures take place across the year with a mixture of Jump and Flat racing. From November to April it’s the Jump season; mulled wine, indoor areas, warm food and winter racing action. The Flat season begins in Spring and continues throughout the Summer where the style stakes are upped, but of course not mandatory. 

 

Fancy dress is permitted at any time of the year in the Grandstand Enclosure, we just request that it is not offensive.

 

GETTING TO SANDOWN PARK RACECOURSE

 

Sandown Park Racecourse is located just 25 minutes from London Waterloo with trains running every 10 to 20 minutes to and from Esher, in Surrey. It’s a 10 minute walk from the station. Should you wish to travel by car or mini bus, free parking is available.

THE DAY

 

You can expect exhilarating horse racing and entertainment! Gates open at least two hours before the first race so you can experience the on-site facilities.

 

Both the Premier and Grandstand Enclosures have a selection of bars and food outlets and on site betting facilities. The Premier Enclosure features the Champagne Bar and enhanced racetrack viewing.

The Jockey Club Groups Team will provide one point of contact for all of your party planning, making it easy for you to join us at many of our Jockey Club Racecourses.
