Owners & Trainers Essentials

• Owners will be permitted 6 owners badges per declared runner or 8 owners badges for syndicate owned horses.
• Additional badges may be requested in advance dependant on availability.
• General admission tickets may be purchased for £5 less than the main enclosure price on the day.
• In addition to your allocation, badges for children under 12 can be made available upon request. Please contact Sam, our Owners & Trainers Liaison, at nottingham.owners@thejockeyclub.co.uk to arrange this.
• Please note that children under 12 are not permitted in the parade ring.

• Owners with a runner on the day are strongly encouraged to pre-register via the PASS system by 8am on the morning of the meeting.

• Syndicates may exchange their 8 owners badge allocation for up to 20 Owners Badges in our new Syndicate Lounge. This offer includes a complimentary single course in the Robin Hood Suite which is located on the ground floor of the Centenary Stand, access to the pre-parade and parade ring. Please contact Sam directly by email at nottingham.owners@thejockeyclub.co.uk to arrange this. Please note, this offer is subject to availability.

• On arrival please park in the Owners & Trainers Car Park as directed by the Stewards.
• The Owners & Trainers Entrance is located at the end of the Owners & Trainers Car Park.
• You will be greeted by our Owners & Trainers team who will provide you with everything you need for the day including a badge, voucher and a racecard.
• A complimentary two course meal with soft drinks will be available in the Fairfax Saddles Owners & Trainers Suite located on the first floor of the Grandstand.
• Winning connections will be invited into the Winners Enclosure for the Prize Presentation followed by a celebratory glass of champagne in the Directors Suite to watch the race replay
• Nottingham Racecourse understands the importance of celebrating success so with that in mind we are pleased to offer a voucher for a complimentary glass of champagne to each owner present on the day whose horse is placed 2^nd or 3^rd, these can be redeemed within the Fairfax Saddles Owners & Trainers Suite.
• Please note dogs are not permitted within the racecourse and must not be left in vehicles during the day.
• Owners, with a runner with us, may reserve the Premier or Classic Restaurant Experience at a discounted rate of £65 or £45 respectively in our Sherwoods Restaurant. This is subject to availability and may be on a shared Owners & Trainers table or a private table for the day. Directions

By Car

The racecourse is easily accessible from any direction. From the North follow the A60 or A612. From the South follow the A60 and A453. From the East or West follow the A52. Once at Nottingham follow the brown signs or yellow park & ride signs to the racecourse.

Parking

There is a dedicated Owners & Trainers Carpark. Please make the parking attendants aware you require the Owners & Trainers Carpark.

By Bus

The nearest bus route from the city centre is Number 44 which departs from King Street in the city centre, or the Ecolink which stops on Parliament Street and Collins Street. The Park and ride is situated next door to us so we are easily accessible.

By Train

Nottingham Station is only two miles from the course. There is a taxi rank at the station. It will take you approximately 10-15 minutes to get to the racecourse from here.

By Air

East Midlands and Nottingham City Airport are both close to the course.
