Racegoers in the Garden Enclosure can bring picnics, chairs, tables, and blankets and enjoy the perfect day out with the family. Please note there is very limited seating provided in this area. There are limited betting facilities and food and drink outlets. The Garden Enclosure offers a more relaxed afternoon at the races. This enclosure has restricted race viewing as it is positioned between the two and one furlong pole and has no access to the Parade Ring, Pre Parade Ring or Winners’ Enclosure. Most of the racing can be seen on a large screen only. Customers with Garden Enclosure tickets cannot gain access into the Premier or Grandstand & Paddock Enclosures unless an upgrade is purchased.

*Please note that all personal items brought into the Garden Enclosure are at your own risk. We have a left luggage container in the Garden Enclosure where you can leave items safely if you decide to upgrade or you move area during a Newmarket Night to watch the concert (customers in the Garden Enclosure are permitted entry into he Grandstand & Paddock areas to watch the concert, once racing has finished). The container is staffed during racing and our Newmarket Nights. Chairs/tables/picnic boxes, drinks etc cannot be taken into the Grandstand & Paddock or Premier areas and must be left in the left luggage area. Any items not placed in the container are left in the Garden Enclosure at your own risk.
