Alice Ryan

Alice Ryan Headshot_SML.jpg

Alice Ryan has been a journalist for 25 years and a magazine editor for 15. Her interest in fashion is both professional and personal: while her job requires her to keep up with the trends, her passion for clothes and their ability to empower and transform dates back to her teens (when she took out her first Vogue subscription - she subscribes to this day). Her fashion hero remains Alexander McQueen: combining refined, restrained tailoring with a singular punk spirit, his designs are a tightrope-walk between reality and fantasy. A lover of preloved and vintage pieces in particular, Alice is looking for outfits which tell a story - and showcase their wearer's personal style.

Neon Leo was founded in 2022 by business partners Abi and Mandy. Niche in it’s journey to offer exceptional fashion rentals and preloved clothing, Neon Leo reflects the growing preference for slow and sustainable fashion. Notable milestones include providing their wardrobe for a photoshoot with sustainable jewellery brand Scream Pretty, opening a physical store at No 7 Market Row in Saffron Walden, and achieving the title of Best Women’s Fashion Retailer for Muddy Stilettos, Essex.
