Badge Collection
The PASS system will be in operation on every raceday; a PASS card will be required as proof of identification. Badges can be allocated in advance through the PASS concierge service or by contacting Market Rasen Racecourse on 01673 843434 or marketrasen@thejockeyclub.co.uk. Please note, if contacting the Racecourse to leave badges a PASS card number is required at all times and requested allocation can only be provided by the Owner or Syndicate Leader.
ALLOCATION OF BADGES FOR CONNECTIONS OF HORSES RUNNING ON THE DAY
OWNERS
Whether you’re a SOLE or PARTNERSHIP Owner, if you have a horse declared to run on the day you’re entitled to 8 Owners badges with all associated benefits.
Any additional badges required can be purchased for a discounted price and will give access to our premium enclosure, The County Enclosure. This ensures our Owners Experience isn’t compromised in our 5 year award winning ROA Gold Standard Owners and Trainers Facility
Syndicates with a declared horses to run on the day are entitled to 8 badges per runner and Linda at the Owners & Trainers desk will be delighted to assist with any queries you might have on the day. Further badges can be purchased for a discounted price. Two additional, paid badges will permit entry into the Owners and Trainers bar and include all relevant benefits. Further badges purchased will be for the County Enclosure and will not permit access to the Owners & Trainers Facility. This is to ensure our Owners experience isn’t compromised by overcrowding in the Bar Facility.
Owners who have a horse entered by not declared are entitled to two County Enclosure Badges.
ROA members with no horse running are entitled to one County Enclosure Badge.
Trainers
A licensed trainer with a runner on the day is entitled to two complimentary Owners and Trainers badges for their guests. These badges can be requested in advance of the race meeting or on the raceday itself at the Owners and Trainers Desk. Please note a PASS card is required to obtain these badges.
Jockeys
Jockeys who are riding at the meeting will be issued with two complimentary admission badges for their guests, these badges will allow access to our premium enclosure, The County Enclosure. These badges can be requested in advance of the race meeting or on the raceday itself at the Owners and Trainers Desk. Please note a PASS card is required to obtain these badges.
