Cricket St Thomas is a distinguished Somerset-based cheesemaker with over 35 years of expertise in crafting soft mould-ripened cheeses. Utilising locally sourced milk, they produce award-winning varieties such as Capricorn Goat's Cheese, Brie, and Camembert. Based in Westbury-on-Severn, Severn & Wye Smokery work closely with suppliers to source fish responsibly.
