All the key information for owners
We are delighted to welcome owners back to Exeter Racecourse for our 2024/25 season.
Badge allocation
Our badge allocation for Owners is:
- 6 badges for a sole owners
- 8 badges for a syndicate or partnership
These badges will entitle each bearer access to the Owners & Trainers bar which serves complimentary hot and soft drinks throughout the day. A meal voucher will be given to each ticket holder which will provide one complimentary meal. At Exeter we also serve complimentary tea and cake after the 4th race. Please note that we are now running cashless bars across our site. Any additional alcoholic drinks you would like to purchase will need to be paid by card.
Unfortunately, we will be unable to offer further owners badges than the above allocation due to capacity restrictions.
Syndicate Managers; if you require more than 8 tickets please contact Hannah for see availability for General Admission tickets. Please note that these General Admission tickets will not give the bearer access to the Owners & Trainers Bar, Parade Ring or Winners Enclosure.
Please note we are happy to provide general admission tickets to owners whose horses do not declare. Please contact our owners liaison who can organise this with you.
ROA members without a runner are also entitled to two general admission tickets per raceday.

There will be a dedicated owners liaison within the Owners & Trainers Bar each raceday to help you with any on the day queries you may have.
Parking & Accessibility
Owners & Trainers parking is located next to our stables. Please click here to view our map for further details.
Accessible parking is available in the Owners & Trainers car park, 15 meters from the entrance. We are unable to reserve spaces as our parking works on a first come first served basis. There are disabled toilets located across the site. There is a lift to the Owners and Trainers bar, located in the ground floor of the Brockman Stand.
Winning Connections, - Photographs & TV in a Card
All winning owners are presented with a special memento of their win at Exeter Racecourse.
We also provide you with a photograph from our racecourse photographer, Francesca Altoft and a special card that opens to reveal a replay video of your race.
You will also be welcome to join the committee in the Winning Connections to re-watch the race and celebrate.
For those who just miss out on first place please note that we have a reply screen in our Owners & Trainers Bar where you can re-watch any of the races form the course.
