360 acres of green yet accessible space with the glorious backdrop of the Cotswold Hills await you if you are looking for an outdoor venue. Cheltenham plays hosts to several music festivals throughout the summer as well as filming, fun runs, team building , outdoor cinemas and driving experiences amongst others. Our site is largely weather-proof thanks to expanses of hard-standing for production and equipment storage, parking for 4000 cars for your visitors and an experienced team fully used to outdoor green field sites to assist you. After all, we do build the three-storey Tented Village each year for the Cheltenham Festival – the largest temporary structure in Europe.

Within the racecourse buildings themselves are some wonderful outdoor bar spaces, perfect for BBQs and drinks receptions, that overlook the Parade Ring. As impressive as the natural backdrop of the Cotswold Hills, these benefit from access to permanent facilities in terms of kitchens and washrooms.
