Festival Suite

Festival is a perfect room for conferences, exhibitions or a celebration event with a maximum dinner capacity of 120 or 250 for a reception.

Festival has stunning views across the course and Cleeve Hill.

Insurance

Insurance is ideal for your next conference, a tasty menu launch or your next prom with a maximum reception of 250 guests and 200 for theatre.

Plenty of natural day light and with access to views of the beautiful Cotswold hills.

Istabraq

Istabraq is located just above The Centaur Foyer. Offering a balcony, fitted bar and tons of natural light.

Fantastic space for small conferences or a drinks reception for up to 450 guests.

Mandarin

The recently refurbished Mandarin is a unique space, designed to reflect the racecourse’s equine history. It offers glorious views from the adjoining grandstand across the track and fixed seating for 104 guests in individual booths.

Private Boxes

A popular space for small meetings or conferences, seating up to 16 guests boardroom layout.

Each private box overlooks the Racecourse and includes a drinks area and access to a balcony.

Quevega

Quevega is an undercover outdoor space. An open sided paved bar area with poser tables and chairs, it is located above the immaculate parade ring and so it’s perfect for team building events looking for entertaining and catering space with a difference. ​

See You Then

See You Then’s USP is the spacious uncovered terrace above the beautiful parade ring. The bar itself is under cover, with glass doors to the outside. Perfect for summer BBQs or drinks receptions on a sunny day, with to-die-for views of the heart of the racecourse and the hills beyond.

The Vestey Bar

The Vestey Bar is on the ground floor of the newest building on the Racecourse, the state-of-the-art Princess Royal Stand. It is ideal for hosting large team building events and conferences which require an indoor/ outdoor set up.
