Formerly in training with E O’Grady, the Syndicate’s latest recruit is a 9 year old gelding by Black Sam Bellamy, out of a Persian Bold mare who was in training with E J O’Grady in Ireland before being purchased by us to be trained by Whitsbury-based trainer Paul Henderson
Paul has been around horses for most of his life and prior to training, was the farrier to David Elsworth for 25 years. He is an ambitious and very knowledgeable individual and Allardyce has come to Paul with already a few wins under his belt (1 hurdle, 3 chase) and in training at the time of purchase so we hope to see him on a racecourse very soon. Fingers crossed he will give the syndicate lots of Chasing fun over the coming months.
