Today, The Jockey Club has released plans on new and refurbished facilities for the 2020 Randox Health Grand National Festival at Aintree Racecourse.
New plans include first class developments to the Red Rum Garden and Queen Mother Lawn featuring a double tier private facility.
The Garden Club offers a unique experience with an exclusive first floor bar and views of the Parade Ring, including a private balcony. The facility includes live entertainment, betting facilities and big screen viewing. Garden Club racegoers will also have full access to the Festival Zone for racing, facilities and live entertainment after racing on Thursday and Friday.
John Baker, Managing Director at Aintree Racecourse, said: "The Randox Health Grand National Festival continues to go from strength to strength and, we’re excited by the new developments we have invested in this year. Our Festival Zone and Grandstands sell out each year, so we can only build upwards on the footprint of our site to offer our racegoers premium facilities.
"We never stand still at Aintree and, with improvements to the Red Rum Garden and Queen Mother Grandstand, customers can continue to expect the very best experience when visiting Aintree Racecourse for the Randox Health Grand National Festival."
In addition to the developments to the Red Rum and Queen Mother Lawn, the Queen Mother Grandstand has undergone a £500,000 refurbishment including a new private bar, refurbished toilets and improved seating. Click here to preview the latest refurbishments.
