Aintree Tours!

Historian of Aintree Racecourse, Jane Clarke, first attended the Grand National back in 1973 and for years has helped share Aintree's history, from hosting tours to collecting memorabilia and archived items to display on site and even polishing up the Grand National trophies, if Jane doesn’t know it about Aintree, it is not worth knowing!

We have over 2000 artifacts onsite as well as superb locations across the racecourse that are steeped in history. You don’t even need to be a racing enthusiast to enjoy a tour as Jane’s passion is infectious and there is so many unique behind the scenes stories to be told.
